Our Raisins are soaked in a Jamaican Spiced Rum and Madagascan Vanilla Bean then infused in our homemade anglaise custard base with Caribbean notes of All Spice.
Carrot Punch-
A traditional Jamaican milk based drink infused with Carrots and sweetened with condensed milk. Added notes of Nutmeg, Cinnamon.
