Throwback to this little last minute dairy free fox cake for one very special fox obsessed Godson of mine ❤️

I had a blast making this cake and it turned out so cute!

Half cakes are misleading in that I was mislead to think half a cake would be easier to make and less time consuming.
I was wrong. 😅
Anyway, here’s a cute one I did for the cutest little boy ❤️

I’m super happy with how the fondant tier and decorations turned out. Think I’m getting the hang of it now 😅

Throwback to a cake from a sunnier day!

Got to make this floral cake for my gorgeous sister-in-law

Strayed away from my usual Swiss meringue buttercream and instead, used white chocolate ganache and it turned out pretty good!

So…I did a thing 👀
I normally don’t say yes to anything fondant butttt this one was for a very special birthday so I couldn’t say no.
Honestly, making the figurine was sometimes therapeutic and other times infuriating! 😅
Not at all without imperfections but it was an experience and I had a blast.

Had a go at making profiteroles and churros! A special request by hubby for his signature birthday bbq 🤭😅. Cold weather doesn’t stop him from wanting a bbq every birthday
All the desserts went down a treat! Hit me up if you want a dessert table for your special day 😊❤️

My day was spent with my valentine (my two year old daughter) as husband is at work but he did get me a beautiful bouquet ❤️
Here is my attempt at brownie cheesecake/cheesecake brownie. I didn’t have red food colouring so unfortunately it’s not a red velvet brownie 🥲
Taste- magnificent
Looks- could be better
Definitely one to try again and hopefully master!

Happy New Year everyone! 🎉I realise I have been very quiet but it isn’t for a lack of baking!! Life has been busy and I’m trying to get to grips on making my cakes look as good on here as they do in real life 😅 I’m no photographer but I’m determined to take better pictures this year 😄
