Alzheimers Singing for the Brain
We are having Alzheimer's Society come in again on Wednesday the 11th of January to deliver another one of their "Singing for the Brain" groups which bring people together by singing Punjabi & Hindi songs to improve brain activity and well-being as well as having people there to give advice to carers. If you know someone with dementia this could be a great experience for them and their carer, join us from 10:30am to 12pm at the centre. #dementia #Alzheimers #support
