Teams been busy on our erdington job coming on nicely ,2 weeks in ready for roof Monday, 😀

Completion on wythall job ,rear single story with down stairs bathroom , open plan kitchen come out lovley 10week turn around ,clients over the moon, happy days 😀

Bif of landscaping inbetween jobs , we managed to fit this in for a client had previously been messed about and left in a bit of a mess , 2 weeks later nice turn around by the team 👍, still few bits to do , but looking lovely I must say 👌

Started this one about month ago in wythall area, we have been that busy we haven't been posting much ,nearly ready for internals on this one , clients gone for a feature old rustic brick wall inside as finish as having log burner also installed , 2x skylights ready for installation, big steel 7m installed which we will remove back of house once were water tight making it all open plan👌 ,we going for webber render finish in stone grey ,out side lights ,also new toilet and utility room formed ,keep eye out for finished project 😀

Some progress on our kings heath job☺️ ,extension nearly up ,just the detail and parapets to do ,Steels going in ,drainage set, point been grinded out and repointed back in with lime mortar ,dormas formed and leaded, moving on to internals 😏

Here's a wrap round extension with been doing over the xmass period, kings heath area , all new drainage, Foundations, water main replaced, Superstructure built out of imperial metric bricks ,Steels to go in to completely open up the back of the house , coming on nicely 👍
