It's been quite a while since I've posted anything due to been pretty busy but also forgetting to get the after pictures 🤦🏻. Here's a few job jobs from the last couple of weeks, from Garden rooms to overspray's and finally a bit of working away. I've really got to give a big shout out to A L Plastering and J Wells Plastering for helping me out on a commercial job for Hole In Wand York up in Seaham, County Durham. This was a pretty large ceiling to say the least with some big walls too, aswell as tidying up the property too where needed. What a difference this will make. Not just to the appearance of it, but this can now be used all year round.
This conservatory was like a sauna in the summer and a freezer in the winter, really not getting much use. At a fraction of the cost from a traditional roof, this has been sprayed in Corksol and has given it not only stylish finish but has also given it an insulated roof space which is fire rated, breathable and given a sound value aswell.

Here's a recent cellar conversion in Brighouse completed this week. This customer had 2 room's in the basement that was pretty much wasted space. After discussing option's they decided to go with the Corksol TIWI system. To keep as much space as possible an internal spray allowed them to utilise these room's to maximum benefit. This has now provided them with 2 insulated, breathable room's which are now free from damp and mould and ready to use.

This customer was experiencing a big heat loss through a 15 inch stone wall. Numerous companies only offered 1 option, which was to fit insulated board's and skim. Unfortunately this would reduce their space. After contacting myself and having a discussion about Corksol and what the benefits were it was a no brainer.
The Tiwi System (Thin internal wall insulation) has not only insulated the wall, but has also allowed the property to lose minimal space.

The property now, has a well insulated wall that is highly durable, breathable and will reduce heating loss.

A kitchen ceiling overboarded and skimmed that had water damage from numerous leaks, along with the fireplace boarded and skimmed. Nicely finished for a customer in Heckmondwike just in time for Christmas. Just a bedroom in Morley to complete and a nice break with family awaits.

Managed to complete this earlier this week. Without a doubt this has been a challenging one for me. Fully boarded all ceilings at 3.2 mtrs high and some walls, aswell as a full re-skim. As mentioned in an earlier post this was hit in 3 stages to allow minimal disruption for the customer. Happy with this and more importantly so is the customer. Feel free to call for a quote 👍🏻

Currently on with a full re-skim at this property in Liversedge, doing the job in different phases allowed me to break off and turn this shop around for a customer in batley pretty quick. Big thanks to Joe at Corrigan plastering for helping out, hopefully a bit more work together in the future 👍🏻

Not far from completion this one. This bungalow is getting fully turned around. Kitchens moved to the front of the house, Walls pulled down to make a larger dining room and a full re-skim. Just waiting on the french door's to finish the job. Feel free to get in touch 👍🏻
