This cake was sealed up with apricot jam, coated in a marzipan and fondant. Decorations included colourful handmade edible presents 🌈🎁, snowflakes ❄️, edible toys 🚂 , edible candy canes 🍭, edible snow balls ⛄️, gingerbread 🍪, star ⭐️ + tree confetti 🎄, a festive novelty Rudolph chocolate saying Merry Christmas 🍫 and a dusting of silver shimmer ✨ to add that magical touch. How pretty does it all look?

😋 🍯🍫 🍮✨ A Toffee lovers dream brownie made by a toffee, caramel and chocolate lover

Our HOMEMADE English TOFFEE is layered between our rich chocolate fudge brownie base which is filled with milk chocolate Rolo pieces, with Malteaser, Rolo and fudge chunk toppings and of course completed with a dusting of gold shimmer. 🍯🍫✨
When the caramel from the Rolo and the crunchy honeycomb from the Malteaser enters your mouth with that thick layer of homemade toffee over that rich fudgey brownie base, it just hits ALL the right spots! 😋😍👌🏼 Simply writing that whilst looking at these drool worthy photos is making our tummy rumble.

We decided to make toffee instead of caramel sauce for this since it’s less runny and more rich in flavour😋 The spread itself is absolutely DIVINE! 😍 Don’t just take our word for it. TRY IT!🤤 You should be tempted by now for sure?😉

These lemon cupcakes are an absolute lemon heaven! The lemon curd that oozes out when you take a bite is definitely the best bit but they’re not for the lemon faint of heart! 😋 The light moist sponge encasing the curd and the creamy white chocolate ganache on top are definitely significant players in this creation! Not to mention how the cute lemon jelly slices, droplets of lemon curd and silver dust add the sparkly fun cherry on top. 🍋🍦🍬✨ They’re the perfect balance between refreshing, not too sweet and fun to eat.

Looking normal on the outside but a little surprise awaits on the inside 😋

Flavour: 🍓🍇🍦🧁Raspberry Shortcake + White Chocolate Cupcakes. Read on for details + view previous many posts for INSIDE the CAKE shots.

At the base of these was a Fox’s Golden Crunch Cream biscuit with a piece of tangy Raspberry sitting in the centre, encased in a soft vanilla sponge with a deliciously smooth and creamy Raspberry and White chocolate buttercream piped on top. 🍓🍦🧁 It’s safe to say that they were Berry-licious! 😋 A range of textures and flavours to explode in your mouth.

Those who got these in their Valentines treat boxes seemed to enjoy these quite a bit.

🍏🔮🖤✨A first ever Maleficent cake which tasted as festive as it looks. 🔮 Read on for more spooky delicious details 😋

Here is an 8” 2 layer cinnamon SPICED APPLE cake sandwiched together with TOFFEE frosting and homemade CARAMEL sauce in between. 🍏 A layer of vibrant green fondant covers it with purple velvety pillow puffs for decorations on the side with Maleficent’s black horns in the centre. 🖤A final dusting of violet and black edible glitter completed it.

Design Inspired by Maleficent cake. 🖌 Client wanted something festive, spooky, fun + not too big so I suggested this and got the chance to recreate a cake I fell in love with with!💚💜🖤
