Good morning everyone, just to let you know that unfortunately I will not be holding my drop in surgerys this week, I'm taking a short break on holiday, I will be hosting them the week after. If anyone needs any advice from an elected member please contact either Cllr McGurk or Shorrock.

Council Saturday cages are back TOMORROW and this time in a different part of the ward to a few months ago.
Though anyone in Blackburn South East Ward can use the skips if you take your bulky waste down to the locations described.

So residents who live near Dunoon Drive / Skye Crescent (Shadsworth) - you can use the caged vehicles between 8.30 am and 10am

Residents who live near Margaret Street / St Ives Road - you can use the caged vehicles between 10.45am and 12.15pm

Residents who live near Fishmoor Drive / Flimby Close (Highercroft) - you can use the caged vehicles between 1.30pm and 3pm

Please see the picture below for what you can and cannot take to the caged vehicles - as the crew will turn you away if you have
- Asbestos
- Business Waste
- PlasterBoard

However black bags of household rubbish is acceptable- as are old Sofa’s, bulky furniture etc…

This is on tomorrow and only at these times.. it is a first come first served, and if the vans are not there - please do not leave any items- as this is FLY TIPPING and you could be PROSECUTED

Hi guy's apologies for late notification, tomorrow morning I'll be at the Roman Road library from 9.30-1030 then manxman Road housing office from 10.30 until 11.30, after that I have a Teams meeting at lunchtime then a meeting in knuzden the Mayor of Hyndburn.

Good morning everyone, now that the Election are over with, the ward surgery's will be starting up again this Thursday morning at the following times 9.30-1030 Roman Road library then 10.30 until 11.30 at the housing office on Manxman Road all are welcome to drop in.

Just imagine the influence we would have if kate was in this team, oh and the contacts in her office phone going back to Barbara Castle .
