⚽️ Last night, the Veterans began coaching sessions, starting off with some attack and defence overloading. Big thanks to Coach Dom for setting this up. We then finished with a match. A very busy session and we welcomed two new Veterans to the team 🤝

👕 We also showed off our new training bibs and trained with new footballs, which has been funded by Veterans' Foundation. A huge thank you for your support, as none of this would be possible without you, and to our kit suppliers John Harrison Sports Ltd.

Tony is also an Adult Volunteer with the Army Cadet Force and if anyone is interested, come and have a chat with him.

🗣 “I joined Rovers Veterans FC from the outset with the belief that I could still play like I did in my youth, I was quickly brought down to earth with a bump. I enjoy the camaraderie and I am looking forward to playing against other Veteran teams and some great opponents in the NWMVL”.
