First proper go at these this rotation. A movement I really connect well with and gives me a lot of room to progress. Forms not amazing for me, but they felt really good and connected exactly where I wanted which is what I hope this video portrays. Excellent to add in to your pull/posterior/leg/back days depending on limb length and where you are trying to target. You can adjust the GHR for this purpose depending on the focus you want to bring. I’m going to slow these down next attempt, add a little pause and just try recruit a little more glute. #coach #pt #movement #gym #fitness #work #outwork

Mind to muscle connection. This may look like a standard RDL/Stiff leg hybrid. But it was my back up alternative from today’s leg session to not load my lower back as my CNS after this past few weeks training is fried. Complete tension on the hamstring throughout and focussing on ‘activating’ my glutes as the initial driver at the bottom of the movement. Slight alterations to any movement can create completely different outcomes/results. I’ve come away from this session with some good blood flow moved around and the muscles worked to their best, without digging myself into a home and throwing away the shovel. #coach #fitness #pt #gym #legday
