Update 🥔 I’d just like to apologise about the delay in opening, plenty of problems emerged when getting to the bare bones of the spud van which are all well on with being rectified along with a full refit of equipment. A lot of the equipment was old and used and has been replaced with brand new kit! OFFICIAL opening date will be Monday 18th of September. We really hope you can join us for a spud. Apologies about the delay once again, I want things to be done right 😊

Quick update 🥔 We’ve received a lot of messages over the last couple of days asking if we’re open yet, the short answer is no. We are still waiting on bain-marie’s (should have been here Monday) and a couple of other essential bits and bobs. Will post another update over the next day. MENU 🥔 We will be changing the menu as we learn what’s what over the next couple of weeks and we will have a specials board up each day. Please bear with us while we get to grips with everything. In terms of the products we will be using, all spuds and meat have been sourced from a local farmer, cheese from a local manufacturer of Lancashire cheese and all items on the menu will be homemade, not shop bought! BIG portions. We hope you enjoy😎

Good afternoon 🥔 If anyone’s interested in booking us for events, please send a message. Our jacket oven can cook 300 spuds in just over an hour, meaning we can cater for all sized events. We will post images/videos when the refurb is complete. Book early to avoid disappointment, we’re already receiving lots of enquiries! 😎

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that has followed us so far, we’re quiet shocked at the interest and response we’ve received! We have a meeting at 10am tomorrow and will have a definitive yes or no (hopefully yes) as to whether or not we can use the spot we’re after at Whitehills industrial estate, wish us luck 😬
Bonnies catering van is equipped with a Jacket potato oven that will bake 300 jackets in just over an hour! Show me bigger 😎 We will be serving some of the UK’s favourite jacket toppings along with some of own special twists. We also have a fantastic selection of burgers and sides🍔
Plenty of veggie options will be available.
We will be open 7 days a week.
