BREAKING: NEW 3G PITCHES FOR BLANTYRE
Forrest Street, Blantyre

South Lanarkshire Council have now PASSED planning permission for Blantyre Victoria Football Club to Install a brand new 3G artificial playing surface at Forrest Street, Blantyre.

The welcome news, hot off the press arrived to us today from Blantyre Vics Community Group with permission to make an announcement here.

This means a new football playing surface at KG Stadium (Castle Park) will be constructed with six 15 metre high floodlights, a 5 metre high security fence with access gates and associated alterations.

Blantyre was badly needing better sporting facilities, something fit for purpose. Congratulations to Vics and here’s wishing them the very best.

Blantyre Victoria Football Club have submitted planning application for the Installation of a new artificial playing surface at Forrest Street, Blantyre.

The Planning application received by South Lanarkshire Council requests their consideration for a new football playing surface at KG Stadium (Castle Park), six 15 metre high floodlights, a 5 metre high security fence with access gates and associated alterations.
