Just an update on our salon policies going forward. Due to so many last minute cancellations/no shows/change of minds, we have had to put these in place as have most other salons.
• any cancellations under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service
• any cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the service
• any no shows will be charged the full amount of the service
• if you change your mind on the day of your service you will be charged for your original booking eg. If you are booked for more than one treatment/ Area and decide to just have one instead of both you will be charged for the original that you booked for. This time has been allocated to your appointment and there for can not be filled
• If you cancel on the booking system, please make sure to have the sufficient funds in your bank and the correct details, otherwise this could result in you being blocked and unable to book again, please message if you struggle to pay.
• please arrive promptly to your appointment as it eats into the time of your service if you are late
• When booking you must enter your bank details which will confirm your booking, if not you will not be booked in and this slot will be given to someone else.
