🌟My name is Anna and Im a qualified and insured Massage & Holistic Therapist, Pregnancy and Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga Teacher. I have over 20 years of experience within the prestigious spa industry. 🌟

I work intuitively on the body to help alleviate stress and tension whilst aiding relaxation for the body & mind. Using a variety of massage techniques, pressure depth and warm oils to ensure each therapy is tailor made to suit you.

Pregnancy Yoga Classes are held Wednesday at 7pm Bodmin Yoga Studio near Lanhydrock/Lanivet.

Mum and baby yoga classes are held Wednesdays during term time at 1130am in the Lanivet Community Centre.

A delicious warming therapy using a herbal compress /poultice filled with 17 traditional Thai herbs and plants. The compress is gently steamed and applied to the body using a variety of specialised massage techniques.

The poultices are yours to take away to use in the bath or to reheat and reuse at home.

"Golden Milk"...
Back in my days as an Ayurvedic Therapist, this was our "go to" bedtime remedy to help fight off colds, flu, sore throats etc. Anti inflammatory, anti viral and anti oxidant.

Cup of oat or almond milk ( or cows milk is fine too)
1/2 tsp ground Turmeric
1/2tsp ground Ginger
Large pinch of Black Pepper

Gently warm spices and milk in a saucepan

Pour into a mug and add honey to taste.

Great during pregnancy too ( just reduce the black pepper to a small pinch and drink Golden Milk in moderation ) 🙏
