I have worked 24/7 for the last 20 years! if I'm not working, I'm quoting, if I'm not quoting, I'm invoicing or doing other work for income or to help my clients.

"Martin and his team at MLR Roofing did a fantastic job of renewing a 98-year-old slate roof! This included its lead flashing, installing a three-point ventilation system, membrane, guttering as well as grinding and repointing two half chimneys. All the way through the process Martin was knowledgeable, open, and transparent about what needed doing and the time frame of work. He carried out additional works after running them past me i.e. installing uPVC fascia on the front bay and rectifying the unevenness on the roof hip elevation. The MLR Roofing team and scaffolders were punctual, clean workers throughout the process. I can highly recommend the whole team for all your roofing needs as they have carried out a sympathetic restoration of a period roof by modernising it and retaining its original qualities."

"We cannot praise Martin and the MLR roofing team enough. We had to sack our previous roofers due to significant problems and delay. From the first conversation Martin has been proactive and professional. He visited the site to give us a quote and made further visits to try and make us water tight given multiple leaks from the previous contractors unfinished work. Martin communicated regularly with of plans and progress throughout the work. He and his team were often onsite before 7:30 and worked until late afternoon. Martin made arrangements for scaffolding to be installed and for a skip on site, speaking to neighbours beforehand. Not only did they clean their own waste but also the considerable waste left by the previous roofer as well. Martin provided a costed estimate before starting the work, and a prompt invoice for full payment on completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Martin for any roofing work. His service has been second to none. D&R"

Returned to a job we recently completed ,got some cracking photos with the chopper 🚁

Started a job earlier this week to lead line gutters as water ingress showing in upstairs rooms.
On stripping out eave to lead line it was evident that this was the smallest of clients problem.
