Counselling (Humanistic and CBT Therapy) – A qualified counsellor (fully insured and supervised) will provide sessions initially, through Zoom, Telephone or Chat. Once established we can provide sessions face to face.
Deliquesce Meeting Point – A walking Group, walking in the woods or strolling on a Beach awakens deep rooted feelings of happiness and peace. Accompanied with a qualified Counsellor we can provide Therapy ‘outside’. This will later grow to help with foraging with A Qualified Herbalist.
Inner Child Healing Workshops - online or face to face. Deliquesce proposes to provide the right conditions and facilitate through acknowledging we have an inner child, listening to potential clients and provide exercises on: letter writing, meditation, journaling, etc ... this course helps people to revisit JOY, be open and honest with themselves and others.
Art Therapy online/in person ... Art Therapy classes delivered by a qualified Art Therapist
Art and Mindfulness ... expressive arts, PTSD and Art.
