Couple of jobs from the last week. Terracotta and Pebble on the first one with a feature wall (chimney breast and alcoves )

Couple of jobs from the last couple of weeks .
Bathroom had knots coming through the panelling so needed sanding and knotting wirh shellac , 3 coats of Vardo tinted Isolac . Walls and ceiling in Ar2
Bedroom was filled and sanded , mistcoated on new plaster patches and 2 coats of Old White tinted V&Co. Woodwork, sanded ,primed and 2 coats of white Isomat
Outdoor work ..Garage and back door sanded down and filled where possible. 2 coats of tinted primer and 2 of top coat

This weeks job:
Customer is having carpets replaced so had me in to refresh all the woodwork. Sanded down ( dustless, natch) spot primed and 2 coats of BM Scuff X . Handrails all had 3 coats of Black Allcoat for durability. Contact myself or the page for enquiries and bookings

This weeks job in Egerton. Fresh plaster for the most part , mist coated and 2 coats of chosen top coats ( Summer Linen and Egyptian Cotton) woodwork was all dark brown stain or varnish in places so out came the dustless sanding rig. 2 coats of Johnstones Undercoat and 2 coats of Isolac tinted to Summer Linen.

Contact the page for enquiries . Couple of jobs from before Xmas to show off. Living room was riddled with cracks due to shoddy board work in an extension. All cracks raked out,secured where possible and filled. Cracks around the windows where the frames had moved all needed resealing. Walls and ceilings done in Dulux White Cotton in silk , wood work sanded and done In Scuff x . Hallway in same house was better but still needed some cracks sorting. Papered one wall ,ceiling in white and "Constellation " on the walls.. Frames filled undercoated and Scuffed (4 coats over pre primed doors due to staining)
Last one was a nice quick papering job. Feature wall sorted.

This weeks job just finished. Fresh plaster in stairway sanded ,filled and mist coated . Ceilings white ,walls Crown Linen Blend. Living room media wall mist coated and 2 coats of Farrow and Ball Cinder Rose ,ceilings white , remaining walls 2 coats of Dulux Pebble Shore. All woodwork sanded primed and given 2 coats of

Bit of an outdoor epic this one. All loose and flaky paint removed ,sealed and filled. All woodwork and cast work done in allcoat Anthracite, masonry in white Sandtex . Front door sanded ,filled and primed then 3 coats of Isomat Isolac tinted to Blueberry mash . Even got the airfix brushes out for the signs

Doors, skirts,frames and staircases refreshed for a return customer. All the spindles needed scraping back due to build up on the edges.. filled, sanded and primed where needed and 2 coats of scuff x. Lovely

Garage door done this week. Was cracked and peeling so needed a pretty intensive sand down to remove the loose and make smooth. Spot primed the bare metal and given 3 coats of exterior satin.

One of this weeks jobs. Repairs made to the blown plaster, ceiling walls and woodwork sanded down and filled where needed. Ceiling mist coated and top coated ,walls primed where needed and given 2 coats of topcoat. Woodwork given a coat of undercoat primer and 2 top coats of "chantilly lace" scuff x to finish off (carpets are being replaced)

Small job from last week, fresh plaster on ceiling and wall ,dark grey silk on the rest. Snotty plastering sanded and filled, silk (🤢) given a rough up so new matt will stick. Ceiling given 2 coats of Good home ultra cover , wouldn't usually use BQ stuff but keep my ear to the ground and this is getting rave reviews atm above trade paint. Walls given 3 coats,1 ultra cover ,2 Valspar Sleeping In. Wood given 2 coats of scuff x as standard and 3 on the grey doors that were being changed to match. Dustless sanding setup just in time, nice and light for ceilings and not a drop of dust when sanding plaster or woodwork. Message the page for details,quotes and advice

2 jobs this week from opposite ends of the spectrum, a very prep heavy garage door and fascia, it was mouldy,rotting and peeling so lots of digging out and filling with big side order of sanding (dustless, natch) primed up and 3 decent coats of topcoat for longevity. Friday morning was a nice smash and dash on a few fence panels for a good return customer.( yeah, i painted the tree last year ,looks boss)

Lovely new kitchen painted last week , lots of filling and sanding to get it prepped. Hairline cracks everywhere from where the plasterer didn't secure his boards. 4 coats of vinyl matt to cover fully . Long days ,hard work but worth it eventually

Another job for a return customer, this time in their beautiful cottage in Edgworth. All kitchen units sanded and refreshed, walls refreshed, 1 room whitewashed and a mural installed in the dining room. Wallpapering and mural installation is coming on strong, get ahead of the curve and get in touch to discuss your needs.

Job for return customer last week ,they'd had quite a substantial leak ,damaging the wall. Sorted that and then gave all the walls 2 coats of Dulux trade vinyl and Valspar trade below the dado . Staircase and all landing woodwork prepped and scuffed.

Nice little papering job Saturday morning, customer had tried to do it themselves but were struggling so called me in. They liked it so much I've now a full house to do.

Another load of doors boxed off this week. Pre primed/finished doors are a waste of money unless they fit without any cutting or planing. Edged filled sanded and primed and all given 2 coats of . Beautiful finish as usual when using decent paint and smooth nap rollers.

Latest papering job up at the wedding barn. 2 cubicles in the ladies 1 in the men's and a lovely mural installed in one of the passageways

Another recent job ,tarting up 2 bathrooms for a return customer. Stain block in various places , walls filled and sanded ready for painting. 2 coats of white and 3 of the grey in a soft sheen bathroom paint. Woodwork sanded and stain blocked as the knots in the timber were bleeding through and as ever 2 coats of satin to finish off

Spindles and . Opted for the scuff in the hall,stairs and landing due to the amount of use it gets. Durable and tough for heavy traffic areas. trade on the walls rounds out a durable area capable of being scrubbed and cleaned

Absolute swine of a room boxed off this week . Priced to remove 2 large picture frames built into the bed wall and then skim flat. Removal of the frames brought away the textured paint so scraped down and filled instead. Existing plastering was shocking but costumer didn't want me going mad with the filler unfortunately. Then realised that the door wall had blown its plaster due to no prep over painted walls. Removed loose and filled up with filler. Painted in Rocky mountain mist in trade.. the moisture from the paint then blew more plaster which when examined was so thin the paint layers were thicker than the plaster .so sorted that as well ! 2 coats of emulsion and 2 coats of aqua advance satin ,jobs a good un

3 story HSL finished off this week. Walls and wood weren't in great condition so quite a lot of prep needed. 2 days sanding and undercoating ready for top coats. Walls and ceilings white washed ready to take wall colour 2 coats of durable acrylic tinted to Bamboo Grove and 2 coats of Chantilly Lace for all the woodwork. Wasn't too sure on the colour personally but came out amazingly contrasted with all the sharp White woodwork

Really enjoyed this one, anaglypta stripped from living room and HSL. All the taped joints in Hsl had failed so needed redoing. All walls lined throughout (got away with living room ceiling so a little filler did the job) 2 coats of supermatt throughout and 2 coats of satin in Chantilly Lace for all the woodwork

Nice job done in Bromley Cross last week . Living room, stairs and a bedroom . Large cracks raked and filled in the living room due to a balcony above . White ceilings , Rock Salt as the main colour, with a couple of feature walls in different colours. And a wall papered .

Stairwell spindles and base boards glossed in white.. Newell posts and bannisters done in BnQ Brooklyn to match the walls
