Yes I am standing in the Coastal ward(Freiston Butterwick Benington and Leverton) as a Boston Independent in the Boston Borough Council election on May 4th.

I'm a 48 year old Bostonian who has lived in the coastal ward for 23 years.I was landlord of both Freiston village pubs and now run a successful catering business in Freiston.
During lockdown I provided freshly cooked meals to vulnerable and elderly residents both in my ward and the wider borough of Boston , as well as helping with weekly shopping .
I am used to dealing with people from my previous and current jobs,and can converse and interact with businesses and people to get things done.
I was honoured to receive a Boston heroes award this year for my part in two life saving incidents.The presentation evening showed just how many good,kind, caring people and community groups there are in Boston.
I was also a professional wrestler for many years, with the pinnacle being world heavyweight champion on two occasions.I also helped promote major wrestling events at Bostons iconic Gliderdrome.
I feel Boston has been let down by the current ruling party councillors, and the council needs new faces and ideas to make people once again be proud of our great town.
