LVL Construction

We was back in lilliput last week putting the base in for patio area....no access for digger and hard ground. We dug top layer off and spread a tonne of ballast and then used these interlocking driveway grids filled with shingle and compacted. Has made a solid base and saved a lot of hand digging!

Haven't posted on social media for a while but this was the favourite job of 2023! Millboard raised curved deck. Purbeck stone built steps, all stone dressed on site and large steps cut and dressed by myself. Not an easy job but a beautiful finish....we are back now doing phase 2 on the lower part of garden

One of the first property's built in swanage back in the 1600's!! We raked out all purbeck stone and jet washed to bring all the stone back to life then repointed with natural hydraulic lime (no cement) what a transformation!! This was a spring job but popped back this week to get some photos in sunny swanage 🌞😎 #1600's

Project number 2 back at this property! And what a lovely job this was, following on from our stone walling, steps and crazy paved patio we added a monster of a patio, 60m2 porcelain patio supplied by adding purbeck stone paths to join on making this garden complete. Great job and a lovely customers! Look forward to project 3!

Back again at hengistbury head. New fencing at the back of this property this time! We have done more work on this property than any other but always a pleasure

So we done a patio and steps 2 years ago for this customer and there driveway 1 year ago....they had materials left over from both projects and asked if we could use them to make some sort of patio on a unused concrete area, they just left it to us and this what we come up with, only materials brought was sand ,cement and scalpings to level base out

Well into double figures on jobs we have done for this customer in hengistbury head. 4 pergolas built and fitted over this path leading to summer house, back in May to install new fence at back of property

This was a full repoint on this beautiful cottage in the new forest. It's a listed building so was all done in natural hydraulic lime 3.5. No cement used. This was completed at the end of 2021 but we popped back recently to finish some brickwork once thatch roof and scaffolding was down. What a transformation

Phase 1 of the external work on this property, repointing of front and penetrating damp issue at side, repointed and sealed with stormdry. Back at the end of the month for internal work

Another repointing job of 2022 in Bournemouth, not normally the best time of year for this work but with the dry weather and good temperatures we have been getting them done

Second job of 2022 was another damp proofing and repointing of the front of this property. Damp also on floor in cupboard under the stairs so we treated with a liquid tanking

This was the first job of the year, penetrating damp on this shop. Fully tanked and membraned

This is just a few shots from the amount of work that went into this job. We took the chimney all the way down and roofed in and made most of downstairs open plan, 3 big steels and large plated steel for bifolds at the back of property, along with other building works, first job of the year we had a hold up on materials which was the steels but got this all wrapped up early December ready for plastering and kitchen to be done for Christmas 🎄 🧱

Really nice job back in swanage! Serious damp problems in this art gallery shop so phase 1 was to fix the roof, we repointed this Stone roof and new lead work installed, we will back to sort some drainage and lower level work then internal damp works in January
