🔍 Will hair extensions damage my hair?

The short answer? NO!
This is such a common misconception about hair extensions & a question that we get asked often 👀

As long as you…
⚡️follow the correct aftercare
⚡️have them refitted every 6-8 weeks
⚡️have the extensions installed by a professional
then you will have no problems!

Damage usually occurs when the extensions haven’t been fitted correctly and haven’t been maintained in the right time frame - this can cause matting & therefore breakage.

Our clients have found their hair grows healthier with hair extensions, usually because the natural hair is protected within all those stennies 🪡🤍

It was Annalise’s turn in the chair today🫶🏼
After recently qualifying in hair extensions herself, we decided it was only right for her to try them out too!
I used a hybrid method of weave & tapes to give her the length & volume she desires🤩

💜 overusing purple shampoo! purple shampoo can build up on the hair and make it appear more dull & darker rather than bright
🚿 hard water build up can cause blonde hair to dull due to the minerals
🔥washing your hair in hot water can dull your colour because it opens up the cuticle, switching to cool water instead of hot water when rinsing your conditioner will help to preserve your blonde as it will close & seal the cuticle
