Postpartum goals..
These are personal to YOU to help you get back a little piece of you amongst the parenting chaos..
My goal of the pier to pier swim, was about me facing my open water swimming fears and having a reason to start training again guilt free.
I barely had any time to train but when I did I loved the freedom and the exhilaration of swimming in the sea again. .
Whatever your GOAL is do it for you, to make yourself happy!.....
So hard to remember this one, as mums we usually put ourselves last.
We forget ourselves.
For me exercise is my “thing” that helps me feel like me. If I don’t get time to fit it in I get so stressed and feel like I’m going 🤪🤯..
Find something you love and when there’s actually time, forget the 1000x jobs just do it.. no regrets.
You will feel calmer & happier for it, & best of all it will help you be a better mum!....
Such a struggle to find the time to even think about getting your fitness back after having a baby..
