Under new legislation top water has to be separated from the foul so the foul waste is going into a septic tank and all roof water goes into this new soakaway that can hold 48,000 thousand litres of water at any one time so during storms this will act as a reservoir then allow the water to soakaway gradually.
Percolation tests was carried out prior and submitted to the local council to show the ground was suitable. Great job by the lads just the turfing to be done now 👏 👍
