Exciting to see our name appear in the local paper last week! 🤓

The Telegraph & Argus published an article about a new site we plan to make into a shiny new EV charging hub on Valley Road in Bradford 🤩

This is a project we are completing in partnership with SSE Renewables 🤝

The hub will be made up of 12 charging stations which can charge two cars at a time, creating much needed EV charging facilities to service the surrounding food and retail units, train station and living accommodation ⚡🚥🚘

It is great to see developments planned in Bradford, especially one of our own and one that will offer a great service to residents and visitors to the City 🙌

With the CAZ (Clean Air Zone) coming into force back in September 2022, the need for a solid EV charging infrastructure in Bradford is already very much in demand ✅

Going forward, with Council funding being rolled out to support taxis being upgraded to fully electric, the demand will only get bigger over the coming months 📈

This is just one of many EV charging hubs we are set to sign off this year 😁

2023 has been a big year for us 😅

Another project ongoing! 😁

This site in Tyburn, Birmingham will be an EV Hub providing 26 EV charging stations to serve the local community and visitors to the area 🚗

This site is being installed working in partnership with SSE Energy Solutions and is just one site that we have planned as part of this exciting new venture!🥳

The site is now clear and work is underway 👷‍♂️

Work has commenced on the Cannock site 🚧

This site once housed a large pub with substantial car park 🍺🚗

The teams are turning this site into a new Drive-Thru Starbucks 👷‍♂️

The pub has been part demolished and groundworks have started on site 🤓

Almost complete, this site will be soon handed over to our tenant Central Co-op Food for them to service the local community 🛒

The team have really been cracking on at the Shaw site 👏

Perimeter fence is finished, cladding all in place around the building and the work on the project is really looking great 😁

Groundworks are still a work in progress. But good to see it is all under control and things are really taking shape 👍
