Well this is a new one. Not seen this way of building over a cut down tree before. Don’t think they realise this tree could grow again! Also on the boundary so this is actually what the neighbour sees! Time to get involved and get this sorted can’t let people build substandard things for other people to look at!!

This weather does make our surveys more difficult. We like to come do internals and then return for the externals when snow has gone just to make sure we pick everything up

Never seen flooring laid as bad. This owner got all the timber flooring in the house redone thanks to our report. This will not have been cheap for the contractor to put right

New flat roof felt coming away already due to work not been done correctly. Another one the contractor is now putting right

No skirting and vinyl flooring not cut to the wall correctly this means….. new flooring to be installed at contractors cost. Thank god we found this before they moved in otherwise contractor would have not put this right

Mould Issues. We can inspect and try find the reasons and ways that mould can be managed to be removed and not come back depending on the situation

We inspect down to the finest detail. Paint on the light switch shows us that there has not been full care in constructing these apartments. We found lots wrong unfortunately but successful inspection with all issues put right
