A great weekend spent with wonderful friends! Yesterday, we celebrated a friend’s birthday with a lovely afternoon tea 🫖 followed by delicious cocktails 🍸 and today was all about a refreshing brunch, a nice stroll, and good old catching up. Feeling grateful for these moments 💫💖
Breaking Free from the Comparison Trap 💫

I have been training with Vicky for 7 months now, I was so apprehensive before starting as I was worried that a trainer would have unrealistic expectations of my time and would not make a programme that was tailored to me as a working mum with very little ‘me’ time.
I chose to work with Vicky as I saw the results that my friend and one of Vicky’s other clients had achieved, she inspired me to put my needs first and said how understanding and supportive Vicky is.
Having a coach online is great, Vicky always responds to questions I have and always advises on tweaks to get the most out of each exercise. I like knowing what my programme is but being able to change my training days or times to fit in with my family/work commitments. Having the accountability allowed me to see results and keep wanting to strive towards my goals. I have lost 11kg in 4 months and maintained that loss in the last 3 months despite holidays and having a busier social life.
The main thing I am proud of is my commitment to myself, Vicky has supported me with my mindset and challenges I have felt along the way, she is always so encouraging and this helps me to be proud of my success. Happy Menopause Day! 💖
Today, I want to celebrate all the incredible women going through perimenopause, as well as those who are post-menopause.
It’s important to remember that menopause doesn’t define who we are, it’s just one of the many powerful chapters we, as women, we navigate our way through. Every woman’s journey through menopause is unique, affecting each of us in different ways.
Speaking from my own experience, perimenopause has been a tough road. I’ve faced low moods, anxiety, constant fatigue, severe night sweats, brain fog, and a loss of confidence. I felt like I had flatlined, as if I’d forgotten how to laugh. Nothing excited me anymore, not seeing friends, going out, or even my hobbies, to name a few of the symptoms. But I’ve come out the other side feeling stronger, my confidence is back, and I’m ready for the new challenges and opportunities coming my way!
Now, I see menopause not as an end, but as a wonderful opportunity to refocus on what truly matters, to reevaluate what’s not working, and to embrace new beginnings. I hope you can too.

When Mel first came to me, she was feeling frustrated because she hadn’t been able to get the results she wanted. She felt unhappy in her body and couldn’t fit into her clothes. With frequent work trips, it was tough for her to stick to any kind of routine.
We worked together to create a nutritional meal plan that Mel could easily follow, even while traveling. We also planned training sessions for her to do at home, along with different workouts that fit her schedule while she was away for work. Most importantly, we focused on being consistent with her new daily habits, which have brought her closer to her goals.
