Each player can play a maximum of three frames of singles against three different opponents with a possible nine frames played in total. First team to 5 frames wins the match

Lag for first break then break alternates.

The team drawn as the home side chooses their player for the first frame first, then the
team drawn as the away side chooses their player for the second frame first, this
alternates every frame.

Just a heads up we have had to change venues for this Sundays three a side competition. We will now be using the Cottage Inn instead of the Lime Kiln ( the table isn't fit for use at the moment ) The Rackem app has been updated to show this, The running order and start times are still the same.

The RackEmApp app is out now.

Functionality for the website will no longer be accessible from the 1st April. If you log into your account via the "G" (Google) button or the Facebook button you will need to convert your account before being able to use the app, this will need to be done anyway otherwise your account will be deleted on the 1st April. If you do log in via this method there will be a prompt to convert your account at the top of the page once you've logged in, simply press 'Click Here' on the notice. There isn't much to do, just scroll to the bottom of the page and create a new password, then press the convert account button.

To download the new app go to your dashboard (green Speedo). There you'll find two options, press on the option that applies to you.

If anyone has any issues or questions please message the page.

Three A Side entries and fees are due tomorrow (Tuesday 23rd January) before 10:30pm, entry is £6 per 3 man team, some members of the committee will be in The Lime Kiln from 7:30pm to take cash payments, you can also pay by bank transfer or PayPal, message us for details. The 1st round will be played on Sunday 28th January. Your captains can enter you via the dashboard at www.rackemapp.com/dashboard/index if you would like to team up with members from another team you will need to message us to enter your team.

Yesterday the county held trials at All-Stars in Taunton for anyone who fancied representing Somerset. I was incredibly proud to see so many of you there representing our league. While a few of you went far into the competition only Martin Hitchcock, after 13 hours of pool, made it all the way through to gain a spot in the team with Richard Adames who is now the the Somerset County B Team captain. Massive congratulations to you both.
