As many of you have probably noticed, I have been radio silent on my socials. I’ve had a lot going on in my personal life (all good!!!) and really haven’t had a chance to do any baking etc!
And now having bought my first house (yay me!) I will be moving out soon, and will be leaving my parents and my wonderful kitchen behind, so while I’m moving and figuring out the logistics of baking from my new home, I’m taking a break until further notice! Thank you for all your support, keep your eye out, there may be flash sales or special occasions when I can plan! 🤍

Sorry I’ve been MIA, I’ve been so crazy busy at my full time job, but still managing to squeeze in the odd cake here and there!

A cake for a chocolate and digger loving little one 😍

🍋 Lemon overload 🍋
Lemon sponge with lemon and white chocolate butter icing, filled and topped with homemade lemon curd, and macarons filled with a white chocolate ganache and lemon curd. Yummmm!

Rich chocolate sponge, layered with rich chocolate and coffee whipped ganache and covered with a coffee butter cream, topped with mini macarons sandwiched with mocha ganache and mini chocolate bars 😋

Don’t wanna blow my own trumpet, but HOW SMOOTH is that butter cream 🤤 kinda proud of this one!

Caramac fudge, SO DREAMY!!
Who loves Caramac as much as I do? I have to stop myself from eating this too much!! 😋
I know I’ve been quiet, but now I’m able to drive again 👏🏼🚗 so deliveries are back on for fudge, marshmallows, honeycomb, cakes, cookies, you name it 😂(well, within reason 😋)
