😂🏄‍♂️We have fun in our sessions! 🏄‍♂️😂 @jonnomartin smashing his session last week with a belted sled drag. 🏄‍♂️ 💪Total Sled Weight: 160kg 💪 🏄‍♂️ This is a fantastic exercise to help strengthen the legs, or reduce weight & increase duration for endurance! Sled work is fantastic for fitness, and for strength, with many exercises that can be used! 🏄‍♂️ We’d just changed exercises and needed more weight, so thought I’d jump on and enjoy the ride 😅 🏄‍♂️ Music: Hawaii Five-O theme song

🚨CLIENT SHOUTOUT🚨 Just wanted to say a massive well done to one of my clients, Katy, for her huge improvements in her squat technique over the past few months! - When Katy came to me and started PT, she really struggled to get even close to parallel on her squats, no matter what we did, what squat variation we tried, or what warm-ups we did! - Now, however, after a few months of working on her depth and mobility, she’s now clearly squatting to below parallel with these 26kg goblet squats, and can do the same with barbell squats too! - Training isn’t always about looking better, sometimes it’s about moving better too! - Well done Katy! 💪

Trying out something new at @black_country_barbell a few days ago! I have never done any strictly strongman style training but this was great fun! 200kg yoke run after a few sets of SSB squats! Not as smooth as I’d like but definitely room for improvement there! Not too bad though for my first attempt I don’t think! 💪

New exercise for @rhiannechips yesterday in her upper body focussed PT session! Worked up to 100kg seated sled pull for 10m, focussing on improving grip strength, along with training her back, biceps and core! Great job Rhianne!
