365 days, over 1.1k followers and one very happy Artist!

Today celebrates a year of my own Bohome… I can’t believe how fast time flies by 🥳 1 year since I took the plunge and opened my shop! So I thought I’d come to the front of the camera for this post 🥰👋🏻

Honestly I had no idea how opening my own Bohome was going to go, all I knew was that I wanted to do a job that I love, and that is me being able to draw everyday. It all actually started from a Kurt Cobain drawing I did for my boyfriend’s birthday and a kind man on a bus who said he would pay to have it 😂 There have been lots of memorable moments during my first year of Bohome- From all nighters being absolutely lost with how to set up worldwide shipping, sending my first American order off 🇺🇸 and seeing wholesome reactions of pawrents when they get their pet portraits 🥺 I absolutely love what I do, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Bohome ✨

The biggest thing I’ve learnt from starting up my lil business is to not be scared of putting yourself out there, you never know what could happen, so to anyone else reading this, manifest that s**t! 👏🏻

I’m still learning and growing so much everyday, but I’m so thankful for the support from all of you: Every order, follow, like, share and comment means the world to me!

Here is a memorial portrait of the beautiful Tula- a beloved family doggo 🐾

I worked with the families favourite photo of her and drew in the leg that was being lied on in the photo to better the proportions of the portrait. I also made sure her tennis ball was involved and left a little message on her name tag 💕
