We hosted a 🔥 BEGINNER’S SMOKING CLASS 🔥 yesterday and had an absolutely smoking time! It was great to see familiar faces and welcome some new ones—by the end of the day, everyone was in a delicious food coma after mastering the art of BBQ. 🍗

We just woke up from the most epic BBQ dream! 💭 We can’t believe we got to do a chef demo at , on the stage, with the amazing hosting!! WHAAAAAAT?! 🔥🔥🔥

has been a huge part of Kins’ life since her days in South Wales (fun fact: it was even the spot for one of Big Nath and Kins’ first dates ♥️). So, getting to hang out and talk real BBQ with the legendary was an absolute privilege! Thank you, thank you. We’re already looking forward to what the future has in store 👀♥️🔥

Big Nath brought the heat with one of his favorite traditional Mexican tacos… Al Pastor 🌮🥩🍍 The sizzling meaty pineapple skewer even caught the eye of and , who popped by to snag the first taco and have a chat! 😎🔥

We were starstruck meeting the legendary , who demoed right before us—what an inspiration! 😍

A massive shoutout to , our Bristolian babe and hero! We are in complete AWE of you and can’t thank you enough for this incredible opportunity 🥹 We’re beyond lucky!!

And a huge thank you to all the wonderful volunteers working backstage—you made everything run smoothly and created such an amazing vibe. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌

Once upon a time, there lived a noble Big Nath and his beloved partner, Kins. They shared a passion for BBQing, art, and all the finer things in life. One fine, sunny Tuesday, the couple decided to gift a masterpiece from the talented .

As fate would have it, Angus had a shared love for BBQ and creating art. From that day forward, countless feasts were savored, and beautiful creations were born.

And so, they all lived happily ever after. ✨

Wait, it’s August already? How did that sneak up on us? We’ve been so busy we barely know what day it is!

⭐️ Our BBQ sauce is up for more prizes , topping its category again! 🤞🏻
🖼️ A great friend, Angus (we bonded over food/Bristol/art/LEGO), made us an incredible one-of-a-kind art piece that we can’t wait to share with you! 👀
🥬 We earned a FIVE STAR ⭐️ hygiene rating! Our hard work and the new unit have paid off.
🎪 We did a chef demo with , featuring a gorgeous organic free-range chicken from . Big Nath spatchcocked it in four seconds flat!
🔥 We had another SELL OUT First Friday cookout! We thought August might be quieter with the summer holidays, but nope.
🏫 And we hosted our second BBQ class, which is such an enormous privilege for us. We had a great day smoking, teaching, and feasting. (More classes available on the website shop!)

To be honest, we’re not getting enough time to eat or sleep right now. We’re in a whirlwind! But we are truly grateful for all the amazing opportunities and the life/business we’ve built. We’re surrounded by wonderful people—our loyal customers, Bristolian indie creatives, and our forever fam + friends. Thank you for giving us the best energy! ♥️♥️♥️
