Currently sat in the corner rocking back & forth. Nothing to do with the fact that I'm moving 150 miles away in 4 weeks & have 3 weeks of daily medical treatment beforehand, honest 😅🤣.
So I've hung up my paint brushes for a while. Who am I kidding? I have 4 rooms to paint. It's nowhere near as much fun as painting furniture. I did pick up 2 of these chairs for £20. May paint them for some therapy ❤️ or just keep on rocking 🤣🤣

Staging furniture ✨

This unit was given to me for FREE when I collected something else. I cannot resist a freebie. The seller said he had no interest in anyone buying it. The photo he had taken wasn't great. Tbh this one isn't the best either but .....

I staged it so people could see how it would look in a home.
The background is simple to avoid distraction from the piece
It isn't cluttered with stuff, so buyers can envision it in their own home
Natural light can make all the difference (this one broke the rule and was taken at night) but it sold that evening ☺️

FBMP SCAMMERS 🤬🤬. Anyone else tired of them ?????

I'd rather be painting than wasting my time responding to scammers.

The red flags 🚩🚩🚩

1 - Messages as soon as my new item is listed
2 - Poor English or bad grammar
3 - Asking for my bank details
4 - Asking info that is in the ad

TBH it is a minefield. All the red flags could also be a genuine seller. I have given out my bank details in the past but only after I've had a lengthy chat and feel comfortable with the person, and I've checked their FB profile.

Sometimes if I'm bored I will keep up the chat with a scammer, if I can waste their time they aren't trying to scam someone else 😂😂
