๐Ÿ™Œ The last time Anna got MOM was back in November 2022 ๐Ÿคฏ, and she has stayed ever since - I must not be that mean ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

๐Ÿ™Œ Like many others, Anna fits in our team very nicely and itโ€™ll be weird without her there. Sheโ€™s always so smiley and is continually up for a good time, which I LOVE

If only I didnโ€™t drop my phone down the toilet, the picture quality may be better ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ. But regardless, these women deserve every recognition! A post to say a massive well done to both Steph and Aimee who smashed the 6 week Cardio Challenge I set the group ๐Ÿ’š

Out of all the results I received, these two lovely ladies improved the most over the period and reflected back to me at some point that they both have seen great benefits ๐Ÿ’ช They absolutely aced it every week!

Aimee smashed this challenge. She cycled 30 minutes every week. She increased her distance by 1.24 miles and increased her average speed by 2.5mph

Steph absolutely gives her all during these challenges and has won a challenge YET AGAIN! She ran 3k several times a week. From start to finish, she decreased her total time by 4 minutes and therefore decreased her average time per k too

Really good work ladies. I hope you like your prizes๐Ÿ‘Œ. Thanks for your brilliant efforts,

๐Ÿ™Œ This is Kellyโ€™s first MOM, and it is very much well deserved, especially having never missed a session in May

๐Ÿ™Œ Kelly has been coming to classes for quite a while now and it would be completely weird without her there. She is a great asset to our team and always gives the classes her very best. Her form is always getting better ๐Ÿ‘

๐Ÿซถ Kelly has recently signed up for 1-2-1 Training too - to perfect her form even more which I cannot wait for!

๐Ÿ‘ These two sessions combined, I cannot wait to see what else Kelly can do next, going into the second half of the year. Keep up the great work Kelly, in classes and beyond!

๐Ÿ™Œ Emmas attendance has been very consistent over the last couple of months, turning up on time and always willing to try new things. She also has encouraged other members of her family to come along and try Boxercise too, which Iโ€™m very thankful for!

๐Ÿ™Œ Emma has fitted into the group very nicely since she started, and itโ€™s a pleasure seeing her face at the class

๐Ÿ™Œ Aimee has been very consistent for a while now, attending both a Tuesday and a Wednesday session each week

๐Ÿ™Œ Aimee is a great asset to our groups. She fitted in like a glove as soon as she started, she is always bubbly, friendly, and up for a laugh which I love

๐Ÿ’ช Youโ€™re Joking, Not Another One!! Ginormous thanks and well done to Emily Kew for hitting 200 1-2-1 sessions with me!!

๐Ÿ™Œ Em has improved massively since her first ever sessions. Of course we get our chats in several times a week ๐Ÿคฃ, but she progresses every session and Iโ€™m so here for it ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿ‘ To see what Em can do is a pleasure and I absolutely love watching her do well. From her beautiful RDLs and Deadlifts, to her Bench Presses, and her core moves which I make her do ๐Ÿคฃ, she just gets the job done! I am so happy a woman like you is in my life Em

๐Ÿซถ Em was also another one of my Boxercise models - which we bossed and passed with flying colours by the way ๐Ÿคฃ๐ŸฅŠ. Thanks Em for always being up for a laugh every session, I have so much time for you!

๐Ÿ™Œ Em is absolutely incredible, not only as a hilarious and charismatic friend, but a strong unit who lifts HEAVY every week

๐Ÿ‘ The list of what Em can do is limitless, from her pistol squats, bodyweight pull ups, to barbell moves and heavy dumbbells left, right, and centre. And to not forget the fact sheโ€™s my Guinea Pig for the moves Iโ€™m unsure of how to perform or coach - sheโ€™s always willing to help us both learn as we go - and for that Iโ€™ll be forever grateful for

๐Ÿ’ช So I set my group a month long step challenge with two winners at the end - one person who would win โ€œthe most stepsโ€ and the other person would win โ€œmost improvedโ€. They both would get prizes for their efforts

๐Ÿ™Œ I loved this challenge as it allowed as many people as poss to take part even if they felt like they werenโ€™t doing 10,000 steps straight away

๐Ÿซถ So hereโ€™s my two winners;

- Most Steps goes to Megan Wakelam with a total step count of 384,753, averaging around 13,741 per day!

- Most Improved goes to Stephanie Wooster with a progressive increase of steps each week. Averaging 9000 per day, to 10,000, to 12,000, to 14,000 per day on the final week!

๐Ÿ’ช Congrats, Well Done, and Many Thanks to Caroline who has achieved her 100 1-2-1 Session Milestone!

๐Ÿ™Œ Caroline has trained with me twice a week for over a year and has given every session 110%

๐Ÿ‘ Some of Carolineโ€™s goals have shifted throughout her time, but at the moment sheโ€™s absolutely smashing her Deadlifts, her Core is made of steel, her rowing technique is awesome (the dumbbells she uses she insists she puts it back for me so I donโ€™t hurt myself. True story ๐Ÿ˜œ), and her single-leg RDLs are becoming more stable as time goes on

๐Ÿซถ Thanks Caroline for the last 100 sessions, I have loved every part of my Tuesday and Thursday mornings!

๐Ÿซถ Massive Well Done and Huge Thanks to Clare Louise who has reached 100 1-2-1 sessions with me!!

๐Ÿ™Œ Among all the other classes Clare does, she has absolutely smashed her sessions

๐Ÿ’ช Some of her progressions include; Upping her Hip Thrusts to the three-digit club, her Floor Presses have improved now lifting with the heavy heavy dumbbells and the barbell, and her pull up and squat form is improving weekly - her range is coming along very nicely

๐ŸฅŠ And to not forget her Boxercise form. Her Pivot and the Guard to name a couple have been some of the main focuses, and if you watch her, youโ€™ll know sheโ€™s put in a huge amount of work into it and it shows (her punches are bloody powerful now, Iโ€™m regretting it ๐Ÿคฃ)
