๐ Mondays is Circuits (Claverham at 6:45pm), Tuesdays is Boxercise (Congresbury at 6:15pm) and Wednesdays is Legs, Bums and Tums (Claverham at 6:15pm)

๐ The last time Anna got MOM was back in November 2022 ๐คฏ, and she has stayed ever since - I must not be that mean ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
๐ Like many others, Anna fits in our team very nicely and itโll be weird without her there. Sheโs always so smiley and is continually up for a good time, which I LOVE
๐ซถ Anna always gives her all and her form is great. She always is willing to try new things and just gets the job done every time
๐ Thanks again Anna for giving 100% and always being so lovely. Keep up the good work like I know you will

If only I didnโt drop my phone down the toilet, the picture quality may be better ๐คฃ๐คฃ. But regardless, these women deserve every recognition! A post to say a massive well done to both Steph and Aimee who smashed the 6 week Cardio Challenge I set the group ๐
Out of all the results I received, these two lovely ladies improved the most over the period and reflected back to me at some point that they both have seen great benefits ๐ช They absolutely aced it every week!
Aimee smashed this challenge. She cycled 30 minutes every week. She increased her distance by 1.24 miles and increased her average speed by 2.5mph
Steph absolutely gives her all during these challenges and has won a challenge YET AGAIN! She ran 3k several times a week. From start to finish, she decreased her total time by 4 minutes and therefore decreased her average time per k too

๐ This is Kellyโs first MOM, and it is very much well deserved, especially having never missed a session in May
๐ Kelly has been coming to classes for quite a while now and it would be completely weird without her there. She is a great asset to our team and always gives the classes her very best. Her form is always getting better ๐
๐ซถ Kelly has recently signed up for 1-2-1 Training too - to perfect her form even more which I cannot wait for!
๐ These two sessions combined, I cannot wait to see what else Kelly can do next, going into the second half of the year. Keep up the great work Kelly, in classes and beyond!

๐ Emmas attendance has been very consistent over the last couple of months, turning up on time and always willing to try new things. She also has encouraged other members of her family to come along and try Boxercise too, which Iโm very thankful for!
๐ Emma has fitted into the group very nicely since she started, and itโs a pleasure seeing her face at the class
๐ซถ Emma is always up for a great time and throws some great punches, aswell as giving the competitive parts all sheโs got, which I LOVE

๐ Aimee has been very consistent for a while now, attending both a Tuesday and a Wednesday session each week
๐ Aimee is a great asset to our groups. She fitted in like a glove as soon as she started, she is always bubbly, friendly, and up for a laugh which I love
๐ซถ Aimee turns up and works hard, always with a smile on her face. Iโm so happy she joined the classes and Iโm looking forward to our 1-2-1 session together to work on her form even more ๐

๐ Em has improved massively since her first ever sessions. Of course we get our chats in several times a week ๐คฃ, but she progresses every session and Iโm so here for it ๐ช
๐ To see what Em can do is a pleasure and I absolutely love watching her do well. From her beautiful RDLs and Deadlifts, to her Bench Presses, and her core moves which I make her do ๐คฃ, she just gets the job done! I am so happy a woman like you is in my life Em
๐ซถ Em was also another one of my Boxercise models - which we bossed and passed with flying colours by the way ๐คฃ๐ฅ. Thanks Em for always being up for a laugh every session, I have so much time for you!

๐ Em is absolutely incredible, not only as a hilarious and charismatic friend, but a strong unit who lifts HEAVY every week
๐ The list of what Em can do is limitless, from her pistol squats, bodyweight pull ups, to barbell moves and heavy dumbbells left, right, and centre. And to not forget the fact sheโs my Guinea Pig for the moves Iโm unsure of how to perform or coach - sheโs always willing to help us both learn as we go - and for that Iโll be forever grateful for
๐ซถ Em also was my Boxercise model, and she is just an awesome woman to have on your team overall. Youโre a real MVP! Thanks so much Em ๐ฅน๐

๐ช So I set my group a month long step challenge with two winners at the end - one person who would win โthe most stepsโ and the other person would win โmost improvedโ. They both would get prizes for their efforts
๐ I loved this challenge as it allowed as many people as poss to take part even if they felt like they werenโt doing 10,000 steps straight away
๐ซถ So hereโs my two winners;
- Most Steps goes to Megan Wakelam with a total step count of 384,753, averaging around 13,741 per day!
- Most Improved goes to Stephanie Wooster with a progressive increase of steps each week. Averaging 9000 per day, to 10,000, to 12,000, to 14,000 per day on the final week!

๐ช Congrats, Well Done, and Many Thanks to Caroline who has achieved her 100 1-2-1 Session Milestone!
๐ Caroline has trained with me twice a week for over a year and has given every session 110%
๐ Some of Carolineโs goals have shifted throughout her time, but at the moment sheโs absolutely smashing her Deadlifts, her Core is made of steel, her rowing technique is awesome (the dumbbells she uses she insists she puts it back for me so I donโt hurt myself. True story ๐), and her single-leg RDLs are becoming more stable as time goes on
๐ซถ Thanks Caroline for the last 100 sessions, I have loved every part of my Tuesday and Thursday mornings!

๐ซถ Massive Well Done and Huge Thanks to Clare Louise who has reached 100 1-2-1 sessions with me!!
๐ Among all the other classes Clare does, she has absolutely smashed her sessions
๐ช Some of her progressions include; Upping her Hip Thrusts to the three-digit club, her Floor Presses have improved now lifting with the heavy heavy dumbbells and the barbell, and her pull up and squat form is improving weekly - her range is coming along very nicely
๐ฅ And to not forget her Boxercise form. Her Pivot and the Guard to name a couple have been some of the main focuses, and if you watch her, youโll know sheโs put in a huge amount of work into it and it shows (her punches are bloody powerful now, Iโm regretting it ๐คฃ)
๐ Thanks for being awesome Clare. Youโre a really great friend of mine and early Friday morning wake-up calls are worth it ๐คฃ๐ซถ

๐ Jo has come to Boxercise classes every week. She always wants to improve her technique, and her punches are improving and getting more powerful as time goes on too ๐ฅ
๐ Soph has been very consistent, showing up and giving 110% every time. Soph is a pleasure to have in the Monday and Wednesday groups. What an overall STRONG lady she is ๐
