This Saturday Flow Reflexology will be at the St Ursula's Christmas Fair selling gift vouchers and lots of lovely stocking fillers. It's going to be festive!

It's always really difficult to explain what a reflexology session feels like. A wonderful client of mine explained it brilliantly after her session yesterday. She said it feels like all the pieces of a jumbled up jigsaw are finally falling into place. 💗

Aaaaaaaaand relax!
This can be so much harder than it sounds for us human beings. Sometimes we need a helping hand. Reflexology can bring about an incredible feeling of relaxation and wellbeing after just one treatment. All you need to do is put your feet up!

We have begun harvesting the calendula and chamomile in the Flow garden this week. Both will be dried and infused in oil ready to make into new reflexology waxes for my clients. Calendula is wonderful for soothing and healing the skin as well as being a natural antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. Chamomile is fantastic for itchy, irritated or sensitive skin.

Flow is taking a break now until August 9th. I look forward to seeing all of my lovely clients back here again, after some relaxing time in the great outdoors!
