Our beautiful Spanish villa, situated on the sunny Costa Blanca in La Escuera/La Marina San Fulgencio Alicante
This villa is just a 5 min drive to the blue flag award winning beaches of La Marina, 10 mins drive to the town of Guardamar and 15 mins to Torreveija with its water park, shopping and beaches. One hour drive to Benidorm with Terra Mitica Theme Park, Mundomar aquamarine park and Aqualandia one of europes largest water parks
Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms or 8 using the double bed settee in games area
15 min walk to the local bars, shops and restaurants.
Private entrance via electric gates, and house and smoke alarm
The villa is divided into two independent residential units with separate entrances, you will be renting the first floor unit of the property which has a six step entrance into the property then the accommodation is on one level. The rear ground floor section is private accommodation and is not available to rent, this section will be unoccupied during your stay and therefore you have full and exclusive use of the large gardens and private pool.
The property has 3 bedrooms of which two are doubles (one with en-suite shower room) and one twin bedroom, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, living room with dining area, games area/sitting area with an additional double bed settee and sun terrace overlooking the pool.
On the 1100m2 grounds their is a large private pool (9m x 4m) palms trees and fruit trees.
