Been absent from the cake kitchen for a week enjoying my family, especially our crazy kids. Isla looks like she is from another country (father's genes obviously). Home tomorrow to start back in the bakery Monday! Yamas from Zakynthos

So last week Daisy said goodbye to her time at TSAT - Furzeham Primary and Nursery School she's had a wonderful time at such a brilliant primary school, loved every minute and shed quite a few tears last week in her final few days. However I couldn't let her class leave without having a big cake to celebrate their time together! Good luck year 6s!

Who doesn't LOVE Bluey! So I had free reign with this one, there was a conflict of interest over the flavour so I divided the cake into two and Mia had her Chocolate cake whilst her Daddy had a lemon cake! Who would know that there were 2 different cakes inside. Nevertheless it went down a treat!

It's extremely busy in the cake kitchen at the moment so I'm really sorry ive taken ages to respond, I'll get there soon. In the meantime I thought I'd share my recent trainer cakes. What do you think?

I just loved this wedding cake, the sponge was lemon and elderflower with a lemon buttercream. I absolutely love the blue and yellow colour together, simple but pretty.

Cake posts are a bit few and far between at the minute! This is my most recent wedding cake, I think you can agree that it captures a bright and summery wedding! I took it to Humber Barn which was beautiful and the cake certainly fit in there a treat.

So today I did my bit to remember and celebrate D-Day, I'm proud to say that my cake went to the Berry Head Hotel where the Lord Lieutenant used his sword to cut it. I really tried to incorporate as many things about D-Day on the cake as I could, I hope you like it? 🌺🌺🪖🇬🇧🇫🇷🇨🇦🇺🇲

The first cake I've posted in a while, it's been rather busy in the cake kitchen, what with orders and festivals it's been a bit hectic. Sorry to the people it's taken ages to get back to!

I loved making this one last week, raspberry and white chocolate cake and then matching vanilla cupcakes, mermaid tails and shark fins.... how cute.

My girls keep me on my toes. Red nose day fun. ❤️❤️

So this cake was a whopper! A three layer 12inch Victoria sponge as a fire hose, then 4 layers of red Velvet and salted caramel to make the fire Helmet. Excuse the chaos in the kitchen photo, with a husband as a fireman I even had an actual fire helmet to copy. Let's face it it had to be right as I was under scrutiny from quite a few firefighters in the room!!!
