As we approach the end of June, we wanted to give you all a quick update. Unfortunately, we've had a couple of unexpected delays, and as such, we have been unable to open this month. As with any new business, we believe that if you're going to do something, it should be done well. We want to ensure that our guests have the best dining experience right from the start.

Therefore, we have decided to open in July. Thank you all for your patience! We are almost there, and we can't wait to show you what we've been up to.

Introducing our Chef Patron at No. 25 - Chef Sudha Saha

Celebrating and showcasing a unique approach to Indian food, Sudha's passion to share a fresh perspective on the cuisine stems from his love for authentic flavours and imaginative cooking techniques. His cuisine seeks to break down conventional barriers, inspiring and educating people about Indian cuisine.

With a culinary career in Indian food spanning over four decades, he has received numerous awards and previously been recognised by both the Michelin and Hardens Guides. He works tirelessly to innovate through Indian cuisine and is best-known for his TV appearances and previous role as Executive Head Chef at Saffron Restaurant Group, which had three restaurants in the West Midlands.

Welcome to No. 25 - where tradition meets innovation. Step into our vibrant restaurant and bar and embrace the flavours of India with a modern twist, as we reimagine traditional recipes, infusing them with seasonal ingredients while using contemporary techniques.
