Adding texture in both look and feel, ribbed glazing is already becoming a huge trend for 2024.

Is Scandi still in style?

Scandi is traditionally set against a backdrop of white walls and ceiling to emphasise natural light. A muted cabinetry colour palette is introduced with pale greys, pinks, greens and blues or for a modern take, choose darker shades such as Anthracite, Indigo and Dark Grey.

You can recreate this style of décor however you like, as long as you stick to key themes such as simplicity, calmness and cosiness with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What is the worst colour to paint your kitchen?

Well, apart from one that is going out of fashion, it massively depends on your kitchen! Our design manager, Josie Medved, says that if you’re unsure, stick to classic colours such as white, off white, stone, sage or pale greys as you can always go for a more unusual handle or worktop to create that one-off look.

Small kitchen? Stick to pale colours to bounce the light around the room
Large kitchen? Dark colours will work if you have large windows too, or go or sage or mid-grey
North-facing kitchen? Avoid cool-tones and head to the warmer palettes
South-facing kitchen? Cool colours with darker worktops work well with all the light in the room

Your bedroom should be a calm and relaxing space without clutter but it can be hard to find the perfect storage solution, especially ones that are both practical and stylish.
