SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Track and manage the wholesale goods from Supplier to Partner, managing and reporting
on each of the critical milestones. This will be done by constantly liaising with the wider
business and DCs, updating tracking reports and publishing to the business daily
- Supporting the DCs on fulfilling wholesale orders, driving customer service
- Management and where possible resolve exceptions to include:
- Chasing missing information
- Maintaining full audit trails from supplier PO to delivery to partner
- Resolving stock issues prior to export
- Coordinating export collections with freight forwarders
- Updating the despatch information against the relevant orders on our partner trackers
- Proactively manage and resolve issues by liaising with the relevant stakeholder which could
be brand, Central Wholesale, suppliers, partners or delivery logistics partner.
- Reconcile the pick in the DC to Partner POs to ensure that there is visibility and audit
between both.

Hi, I’m Mandy. I have worked at Boohoo for just under 8 years…. Doesn’t time fly when you are having fun. Around 14 months ago, I became unwell and haven’t managed to catch a break since then. After the removal of a blockage in my stomach, I thought that would be the end of the pain, but it turned out to be just the beginning. I had a major operation known as a Whipple procedure where I had 1/4 of my stomach removed, some of my liver plus the top of my pancreas. This is when I found out, I had the BIG C. Pancreatic Cancer. As part of the operation, the tumour was removed but to make sure there is no tumour left and it doesn’t spread, I will be undergoing 6 months of chemotherapy every 14 days.
I am a happy go lucky girl, well…. Until that moment, but I am a tough cookie and would not let something like this stop me. So I wanted to do something positive from this negative by doing something crazy…. shaving my hair off on 5th August, before it inevitably falls out due to the chemo. I will be raising some money for a local charity, Pendleside Hospice and Pancreatic Cancer UK. Pendleside provide support to those who need it most when diagnosed with similar illnesses to mine. 1 out of 3 people will get cancer sometime in their lives, but I am determined to look for the positives in this, even on the toughest of days. Boohoo is like a big extended family and I have great support both at work and at home. Help me by donating to this great cause, just a few pounds can help in supporting those in their time of need!

Matthew's Yorkshire Three Peaks Help Matthew Windross raise money to support PROSTATE CANCER UK

Matt and Mark have set themselves a challenge and want you to get involved too!

On 24th May, along with a number of others across the business, they will be completing the Three Peaks Challenge for Prostate Cancer UK.

Matt has a personal connection to the charity. It's quite scary really and there is plenty of Men that don't feel like they can talk about it or even who to talk to and Prostate Cancer UK are a great charity that are doing as much research as possible for cures and treatment and also help provide support and aftercare for families too.

💛💙UKRAINE UPDATE💛💙

Mickii has safely arrived at the Ukraine Poland boarder.

He has set up based at a Refugee camp which is temporarily homing 10,000 women and children refugees. Mickii is new putting up tents to house them with the clothes we donated keeping them warm in -10 degree temperatures.

Thank you to everyone who helped support whether through donations, sorting suitable clothes and helping load the wagon.
