A few more lighting upgrades @ Pegasus Express near Glasgow for one of our clients. Lights and posts supplied by the client. Me and the lads run in all new cabling and connected everything up .

One of our recent jobs for our client. A full Self Test Emergency Lighting system. In a full upgrade, we opt for Self Test systems to remove the need for all the soak checks after initial verification, thus lowering ongoing costs related to testing frequently.

Also, some 200W Challenger Floods installed to light up the loading areas.

This is what could happen if you use your tumble dryer overnight whilst you are sleeping. This is also true for dishwashers and washing machines.

It is actually a myth that electricity is cheaper overnight unless you are on a tariff that specifies this. The standard tariff that most people are on is dictated by the energy price cap and uses the same cost per kwh 24 hours a day.

Never use your appliances when you are asleep or not at home. It could save your life.

Nice windy morning on site today, fitted trace heating on the exposed pipework. (Drops below 3 degrees then kicks in to begin heating up the pipes to keep water flowing).

Also fitting 2x coupled earth rods into the TT Supplied system for the static caravan

7x IP cameras fitted on our Saturday job.
2x of which are the new 180 Degree cameras. Bloody freezing though

EICR this morning following on from a previous call out, turns out a new stud wall was installed this year and this is how the 'contractor' extended the wiring. Undersized cabling and loose connections. Make sure whoever you use is accredited or at least knows what they are doing.

Literally every connection possible loose on this job. EICR completed less than 3 months ago. Plastic consumer, under the stairs 🙄
