I no longer live of motivation and I don’t wait
to feel good in myself to take action. The day I became a world champion I didn’t wake up motivated and ready to attack the day. I woke up tired and drained but it was time to do what all of us winners are designed to do. Take fu***ng action anyway. That day wasn’t about beating anyone in that ring. It was about beating myself, beating those negative thoughts and emotions.

By doing that I had to control my thoughts, stay calm in the storm and stay focused and tuned in why I’ve been working towards this mission.

How do you relate?

You relate by controlling your thoughts on negative days, staying calm in the storm knowing it will not last. And you have to remember why you’re on this mission and this journey in the first place.

Keep showing up and keep winning.

Lean bulk physique update âś…

Super happy with my progress so far, the hard consistent work is paying off.

The nutrition has been super clean whilst keeping myself in a surplus.

The strength is coming a long nicely and my physique is now really starting to sculpt & build.

The Abs will be less existent soon I’m sure but I’m happy so far with my detention whilst putting this weight back on.

Adding 3-5 more kgs’s to the current physique is the goal.

There’s more to being on a fitness journey than just “getting in shape”. It’s the constant mental battles you win a long the way.

The earlier wake ups, the sacrifices, defeating excuses and putting the work in even when you don’t want to.

Staying consistent even when you don’t see progress straight away.

I believe you find yourself in the process... you see most people give up a few months in, have a few months off bounce back and repeat for years.

This can’t be you, fast forward a year or two they’ll be no different and will be looking at your for inspiration.

They’ll ask how do you do it? How do you stay consistent?

You’ll realise it’s not just because I want to get in shape, look good and feel confident. This is an added bonus but you’ll find It’s because you’re in love with the process of becoming the absolute best version of you. You love creating a strong mind and you love creating a strong body. With the two together you’re an unstoppable force of nature.

You’re taking action upon your goals right now and you should be proud, you are doing what 95% of people don’t do which is what’s making you progress and in your mind making you successful.

It’s not been an easy road. There’s been many hurdles, many ups/downs and many challenges to get into position that I’m so far proud of.

Into a position I’m passionate about, dedicated too and hungry for.

Being able to help other people become the best version of themselves physically & mentally is my purpose.

I’ve had to sacrifice many things to get into this position.

Without making the sacrifices I could never preach my life lessons. For example, for you to change you have to make sacrifices to the old you.

I fear nothing but one thing. My biggest and only fear was growing old and regretting not taking the risks, taking the chances & remaining comfortable in a position I’m not happy with.

I knew in order to make me become better & a stronger version of myself I had to feel uncomfortable.

I want to help people, I want to help change people and I want to help people take control of the life.

Not just physically but mentally, this is what drives me every single day.

Fast forward now I’ve helped transform hundreds of lives and I will continue to help people change for the better.

So what I suppose I’m trying to get to is…
You can achieve anything you want in life and you can become anyone you want.

You can get that six pack, you can come out of that depressive state & you can sacrifice you now to become a complete better version in all aspects of life.

I believe in you.

A find Thursday is the most common day for the majority of people to fall off track completely, Why?

Well usually it’s down to one or two reasons:

1 - You have started the week strong, you’re feeling good & you’ve committed to your goals for 3 days and you feel like you’ve “earned” the choice to slack off, take a back step and relax.

2 - You haven’t started at all this week, you may of got a workout in and had a good meal but because your lacking motivation and make excuses you now wait until MONDAY so you can put the hard work off. (Monday Starter)

The truth is…

If you’re the 1st. You’ll just stay average and only ever achieve 50% of your full potential and the remainjng 50% will be the best of your excuses.

If you’re the 2nd. You’ll just stay procrastinating for months on end & you’ll think about the results you want but not do anything to get yourself there. And when you’re not there you’ll be annoyed you wasted the last 4 months.

The gym is the place I call home. The place you create your self and find your self.

The majority think the gym is just a place to lift weights, to do some cardio and leave.

But the gym is way more than that. After 8 years + of experience I promise you the gym is a natural medicine for almost everything.

There’s no better feeling in the world after leaving the gym knowing you’ve just gave your 110%, worked on yourself and had some good conversations with positive people.

With taking action to work on yourself and by committing to your goals you do nothing but find yourself and build the up most respect for yourself. You really do change physically and mentally.

Once you get past letting your excuses get the better of you and you manage to start progressing you will thank yourself in a few months.

It’s Sunday evening. Which means there’s 3 types of people right now.

1 - Some of you will be procrastinating about the on coming week, you’re not prepped, organised or ready to take the week on and will fail before the week starts.

2 - You’re prepped, organised and have already planned your morning to win the start of the week strong. You’ve set a game plan and you’re ready to become better than last week.

3 - Some people skipped this post because they’re not ready to accept what needs to be done and they know if they read this, it will trigger them. So they will repeat the same failures last week this week.

I’ve made some bad decision in my past. I’ve gone down the wrong road and I’ve made not the best of choices.

For some time I didn’t deal with emotions & past trauma and I let me problems become my excuses.

In my past I’ve became someone I didn’t want to become and I felt like I had a point to prove.

But I realised that wasn’t the life I wanted to chose and i didn’t want my pain to get the better of me.

I decided it was time to use my pain as fuel and let it motivate me to change my life around for the better.

Fast forward to now I’m extremely grateful for my changes and choices in life.

I don’t regret my past or choices I made because it’s made me become the man I am today.

Without experiences we don’t learn and without failures we don’t grow.

It’s never too late to change.

14 day results from my last 2 week challenge, 7 kg’s down !

Ash made an awesome change in the space of 14 days and was extremely happy with his results at the end.

This wasn’t done in any cheat or magic way this was done purely though the consistency of a healthy balanced way of eating and some good training over the course of 14 days.

You’re going to want to give up. You’re going to want to quit. But you can’t…

You have to keep pushing, you can’t let those negative thoughts get the better of you. You can’t let the old you become your reality.

For something to change you must change your mindset. Focus on your goals, focus on your purpose and think how it will feel when you’re there.

Keep getting yourself back up, keep breaking those walls down and just show up and be consistent.

Stop starting and stopping just get serious about your goals and be relentless.

You’re just 6 months away from being the absolute best version of YOU !! I promise.

life is about how much you can take and keep fighting, keep pushing, keep on growing. How much you can suffer and keep moving forward.

as we advance and move through life it becomes more and more difficult the bigger we grow, but in fighting the difficulties the inmost strength of the heart and mind is developed and we create an unstoppable and relentless mindset. Just dream big and fu***ng go for it.

I can’t be stopped, every day is a challenge but I embrace the difficulties life throws at me, what makes me different is I don’t crumble under the pressure I take it head on and use it as fire.

I know my purpose, I know my why and that’s enough to make sure I’m winning every day.

Do you know your why and your purpose? Become a warrior and do not quit. You are your own creator of your own success story.

Isha has been absolutely smashing it the last 4 months and has made some drastic lifestyle changes to become the best version of her self.

We have focused on keeping it simple, sustainable but effective and the hard work is paying off.

Not only has my client made a fantastic transformation physically but mentally also! We’ve really dialled in on mindset & we’ve overcame many challenege together in the last 4 months as a team.

I must say I’m chuffed after seeing this post this morning. I’m very grateful & extremely humbled 👏

A successful few breaks in the bag and a nice recharge and reset with good people,

A lot of behind the scenes work has been the biggest focus over the last 3 weeks including a rebrand,

Feeling healthy and recharged I have a new focus set as I have had time to plot & plan whilst setting myself some new personal goals which I’m wanting to reach by the end of this year,

A very successful year so far with helping my team become their best self both physically and mentally and I’m excited to keep pushing forwards,

Hard work + Sacrifice = Success

Celebrating my 25th abroad was a blessing…

Another year down which means another year to reflect on how far I’ve came and how much I’ve achieved.

- This is only just the beginning.

Another year to plot and plan for and another year to continue on helping all of my clients become their best selves both physically and mentally.

I’m constantly learning and growing as a person / coach, I never expect to be perfect but for sure I will always keep working on myself to make sure I achieve everything I want in life.

And that’s what I preach to every single one of my clients.
