I do understand that you may be fit, to be healthy πŸ’ͺ🏼

But why not be fit, to be healthy, and to pursue something other than the sofa.

Whether it’s hiking like me, or outdoor cycling, running, climbing, bouldering etc…..put your fitness to use if you’re lucky enough to have it πŸ€™πŸΌ
