This will make way for a new double story extension we will be carrying out next year.

Side and Rear Extension in completed Burwell. A significant project demonstrating our commitment to transforming homes to meet our clients’ unique needs. This project involved a side and rear extension, including a new kitchen, a small W/C, and a disability-friendly wet room. The primary goal was to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space that moves away from the traditional clinical and hospital-like appearance often associated with disability adaptations.

Looking back at one of our favourite projects from last year. We started this project in May last year and handed it over in January.

We carried out 3 extension, full reroof, and full refurbishment inside and out.

Looking forward to going back to get final photos in the coming months once the landscaping has been completed.

Our extension in Burwell, Cambridge is close to the end. JRH Contracts Ltd have been in to complete the rear patio.

En-Suite Bathroom with Accessibility - Extensions Bury St Edmunds Transforming a front extension into a disabled-friendly en-suite bathroom underscores the importance of harmonising modern efficiency with classic sensibilities.

Scaffolding came down at this single story extension last week. This extension has been externally insulated behind the cladding and at the bottom we have used brick slip insulation system to fully insulate the outside of this property. The new extension has a slate roof and the rest of the house will eventually be slated.

Single story extension completed in Cottenham, Cambridge. We took down the existing conservatory, took the rear wall out to open up the living room and built a much bigger and better space to use. With a lovely herringbone floor, veluxs for natural light and aluminium bifolds. With pearl grey hardi plank to finish it off on the outside.

Second story extension we completed towards the end of last year. This project was on a character house in Barrow.

We added a new master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room and a family bathroom upstairs.

This has been one of our favourite projects from last year.

New build cart lodge with office space, kitchenette and toilet facilities upstairs recently completed.

This build has enough space downstairs to store 2 cars with a 5 meter roller door. Upstairs is complete with air conditioning, toilet and has services in place for a small kitchenette. The two dormers on the front and 3 veluxs on the rear provide plenty of daylight to the room upstairs. Outside is cladded in James hardi plank in black and a nature slate roof, both to match the existing house.

One of our latest extensions in lawshall is now complete. This is a 5mx5m master bedroom extension with a wetroom en-suite. We then turned the existing master bedroom and en-suite into the third bedroom making room for the new door way into the extension.

This is a job we completed at the start of the year. This 3 bedroom property was fully renovated with a rear extension to create more space in the master bedroom to allow for a new en-suite and a fitted wardrobe. It also had a new main bathroom, kitchen and new flooring throughout the whole property. We landscaped the garden and installed the beautiful porcelain patio.

This is one of our current projects, a new build cart lodge with a room and bathroom upstairs. This is a timber frame building cladded with black hardi plank and will be finished with a slate roof to match the customers house.

Last week we completed this mega media wall. This media wall has 3 fitted cupboards each side for storage. We installed new sockets inside the cupboard so all wires and boxes for the tv are hidden nicely. The floating shelves have led strip lighting on a dimmer so the customer can adjust the lighting in the room.

🔨GARAGE CONVERSION 🔨

One of our smaller projects reached completion at the start of the week. A garage conversion is a great way to add an extra room and value to your property if you do not use the space. This room will be used as a bedroom.
The room has plenty of light with the addition of the new window and 6 spot lights.
Now ready for the customer to decide on decorations and carpet.

A composite decking job we completed in the middle of summer. ☀️

Customer wanted to cover up there old concrete path and tiled steps. They still wanted to keep the rose bush so we made the new decking to suit. This is my favourite colour of composite decking. 🔨

The last two weeks we’ve teamed up with for this timber frame extension in Badley, Suffolk. Got a good push done now ready for to finish the internal works.

When it comes to gates, it's important to ensure that they're in keeping with the style of the home. We completed this project a couple of months ago where we built these bespoke gates to complement our customers flint wall and thatched cottage. Let us know what you think...

Last two weeks at the barrow extension have really made a difference🤩

Customer decided she wanted to tidy up the front of the house and make it less of a building site while we where waiting on some internal work to be completed . So we started off with removing the old porch and laying the new sandstone patio. With new slim line drainage to cope with the rainwater coming of the existing roof.

Then machined the new oak porch on site and put it together, sat on the handmade Stones by a local stone mason. New hand cut roof out of oak was then put on and will be left exposed underneath so you can see the rafters. It’s now ready for the slate tiles to finish it all off.
