*A polite reminder*

I have had a lot of last minute cancellations recently, I do require at least 48hrs notice to avoid any potential charge- less than 48hrs notice will result in a fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment cancelled.

I am sorry to have to write this but when running a small business these missed appointments have a big impact on us. I understand things may come up but if I get too short of a notice I then no longer have time to fill your appointment slot that was allocated for you.

Had the pleasure of doing this beautiful brides hair yesterday, first time I’ve done wedding hair in a while. I loved it!

To say we’re disappointed and upset is an understatement. Once again we’ve got to close from Boxing Day until further notice as Suffolk goes into tier four.
I will be in touch regarding appointments when we find out a little more.
