This will be the largest children’s play centre in the South East…if not the UK!
We have already acquired a £200K play frame ready for installation, costing only £50K. Daycare will be a large part of this business.
We intend to build the brands and open a number of highly profitable centres across the UK... Come and be part of the project!
My business partner has owned and run Cheeky Dino Children’s Play centre for over 3 and a half years and has taken the T/O from £250k to over £400k pa. In addition they have added a food delivery business adding another £100k. We are also in the throws of adding a nursery to the centre, which could increase T/O and profits by as much as 75%.
(2) Laser Arena - Suffolk, East Anglia.
- T/O £550k

- Investment req £160K
- 10% return
- 5% equity
This is a running, profitable business where the current owners are looking to retire. I have management accounts where the T/O is in excess of £500K and showing a net of £240k. The current owners have built this successful business over the last 6 years and they have recently invested in new state of the art laser equipment!
