I hope that the year treats you kindly. I hope that you celebrate the little things as well as the bigs ones.
I don’t do resolutions - never have - but there’s been a theme floating around for me for a while now and I’m sticking with it:
Find Joy.
Simple, but not always easy when we think about what life can throw at us.

Just defrosting…it’s cold out there. Had to also say I’m very proud of the fact I made it through an entire Combat class today wearing tinsel and a santa hat 🧑‍🎄 as promised, though, there was no Christmas music!!! Can’t believe my next class will be in the New Year (and a new release! 🤭)

Making time for nature and creativity as much as I can.
Thankful for and the fact that we sat together on zoom last night, writing our respective words in writing circle. A song I didn’t know was waiting appeared in the hour we had. I called it Planets and Star Dust. It’s about finding joy. 💚

Friday afternoon traffic was ridiculous, but I’m in a little cottage in a little village near Bakewell for a wee weekend away!
Annnnd breathe….💚

It’s been a minute…life has been busy and music has taken a bit of a back seat…however, yesterday I did a photo shoot in preparation for the new album and singles. The photos are looking gorgeous and I cannot wait to share with you 💚

Messy hair. Don’t care. Well, most of the time anyways!
Thinking about stories, about change. I feel that there are songs brewing in my thoughts, my dreams, my mind, my body. Songs of joy, of transformation, of becoming.

Took a week off social media. It felt wonderful. Thanks to and her Together community for the inspiration. It’s good to take a step back every now and then.
New song is almost ready…just gotta set a release date now and get he artwork sorted - gah! So exciting 💚
