Our Story

Just image now you can tune into thousands of internet radio stations from your Home computer, phone, Ipad etc. Many years ago we tuned into pirate radio stations to listen to music, However as time has gone on many of these stations have shut down. Although their are many still present, they can not offer the quality service of Internet Radio. Pirate stations are restricted to the areas they can broadcast to, whilst Internet radio is Worldwide. Internet radio also offers DJ or presenters the chance to play from home, as apposed to going to a studio. It is amazing how technology has changed even the way we play music. I created www.loversrock radio so I could share our love of music worldwide, also giving our presenters the flexibility, to A: Play from the comforts of their home, and B: The chance to play music that often don't get air played. The website is a tribute to The LOVERS ROCK ERA, however as a station we are a specialist in these Genre's of music, Lovers Rock, Revival Reggae, Upfront reggae, Soul, Rare Grooves, Slow Jamz. We are a 24 hour station offering more music and less chat. "This is another perfect example to listen to music, at home, or whilst you are on the move. All our presenters are " Simply the best". Our motto is: Better than all the rest.
