Recently completed and handed over bungalows built by on a tight infill site which respectfully compliments the surrounding conservation area and retains the old boundary wall whilst provided much needed housing on a smaller scale in this area.

Whiston Mill is a Grade ll listed former water mill located in South Staffordshire.

The mill building is suggested to date from the 18th century which retains majority of its original mill workings and is one of few surviving examples of a working water mill in the area. Historic records indicate this mill has existed since the Middle Ages and LTC were given the task of giving the redundant mill and attached dwelling a new lease of life and pulling into the 21st century.

Planning drawings and application submitted to discharge cycle shelter condition for a fit out contract at a re-vitalised office building in Leeds.

Morning site visit in the wilds of Conwy at this recently completed 3 storey replacement dwelling.

The job was originally measured up by our team back in late 2018, following successful planning approval in 2019 working with a local planning consultant. Working drawings were then started back in mid 2020 and now COVID is out the way and the build is complete!

The scope of works involved an application to demolish the existing building on site, design a new house to match the existing aesthetics as closely as possible while being able to enhance the property thermally & structurally due to its predecessors poor state of condition.

This house is a thing of beauty and not a too distant relative of what came before in the sensitive area of Conwy where it resides. This is one happy client in a very sophisticated home!
