This new build was left with a back sloping garden that pooled near the house in the winter months. We've sloped the paving from the house and installed an under paving drainage system so the customers can be assured the pooling problems are behind them.

We removed the unsightly rotten decking and replaced it with a big paved area, a level path around the house with a big step to access the conservatory and a small sleeper wall to retain the sloped garden.

What a transformation! First we cut, collected and cleared the overgrown vegetation then installed new 6ft fencing sloping down to 3ft.

Reducing the height of the fence gives the impression of a bigger space to this long narrow garden but keeps the privacy near the back doors and paved area.

We used softwood sleepers to level and retain one side of the garden. We also built a raised flower bed for a low maintenance front garden as requested. Very happy customer with a 5⭐ review.
