Taught by our fantastic Maths tutors who are incredibly experienced as a Maths Leader at school and are brilliant, experienced tutors, if your child is looking to consolidate and challenge in Years 7 to 9, or prepare for GCSE's in Year 10 or 11, we are pleased to say we have group options for you. 😍

If you are looking for temporary childcare for this coming October Half Term, I am a fully registered childminder (Advanced DBS and full Paediatric First Aid) and I have spaces available. 😀🦉Not just your average childminder home environment, Happy Owls Childcare is a fully equipped play space filled with a variety of indoor and outdoor open-ended play equipment created just for children. Days and activities will be planned taking into account all age groups.

Full Information:

🦉Children between the ages of 2-8 years.
🦉Activities such as arts and crafts, board games,
messy play, loose parts play, ball and team
games, playdough, educational games/activities,
movies and more.
🦉Price: £6 per hour or £50 for full day. £10
discount per day for siblings (E.g. 2x siblings for

and drinks included (packed lunch to be

New groups available for year 4/5 children in preparation for 11+ and Kent Testing 😀🦉

⭐️⭐️ NEW YEAR 4/5 ONLINE ENGLISH 11+ TUITION GROUP! ⭐️⭐️
We are really pleased to offer a new online tuition group for those children in Year 5 taking the 11+ in September, or those hoping to take the 11+ and are currently in Year 4.

If your child would like to learn more in terms of the English 11+ paper, how to solve all types of questions relating to the core reading comprehension, develop skills on solving the spelling, punctuation and grammar sections, then this group would be ideal.

The group will be taught via Zoom and kept to a small group running every Tuesday at 6pm - including the summer holidays - all the way up to the date of the 11+.

Each session is £15 and the content of each session will be recorded and shared should your child not be able to make the 'live' session. There will also be practice papers and homework sent after for any children who wish to consolidate.

All skills necessary for the English 11+ will be covered, taught in depth, modelled and there will be time for your child to work on these in every session.

It is with great sadness that I announce that Happy Owls will be closing its doors at the end of this week.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has visited Happy owls and made it such a happy place, however it is time for it to evolve into something new.

I have loved meeting you all and watching your Happy Owlets enjoy Happy Owls as it was meant to be, yet I have recently realised that I have missed working more directly with children and want to get back to using my skills and knowledge working with and teaching children to aid child development and combine this with the setting I have created. I have therefore made the decision to become a childminder and although I am sad to be closing the doors, I am truly excited to begin this new venture.

Friday's coffee morning will be my final session and please note I will be closed tomorrow, however sessions will be on as normal on Wednesday and Thursday.

Thank you again and please Take Care - It was so lovely to meet you all and your Happy owlets! I will miss you all! # # #

Unfortunately, we have encountered some breakages to our equipment today, which means tomorrow and Wednesday we will now be closed for maintenance to ensure optimum safety. We are so sad that this has happened and apologies for any inconvenience. We will be taking bookings for Thursday and Friday as usual, once everything is right as rain for your Happy Owlets. Don't forget we are now open every morning from Monday-Friday and sessions are available to book now! Monday-Thursday our sessions run from 9:30am-11am and every Friday we have our coffee morning running from 9:30am-11:30am. How will water change the way they move? How many are there? What are their names? Where do they live? What would it look like if I made them somewhere to live? What happens if I mix them in mud or sand? How could I make footprints and leave a trail? What stories could they tell? What could I use to build them home?
