Finished this front exterior redec on boundary rd today. 😁
The house was looking very tired and pollution damaged due to location so decided to go for dark colours. 😉
Slate grey on all the masonry
Anthracite grey on woodwork, soffits , gutters and downpipes..😎
Refurbed the window sills and did some repairs to the masonry and woodwork.
Also as its in my ocd nature 😜 to make everything pop 🤩 so I removed the door numbers prepped and painted the wall mount in white and painted the numbers in Anthracite to match😏 then decided cleaning wall light wasnt gonna cut it so painted in Anthracite also..💪
Whilst on 1st floor also cleaned the upvc window frames and windows.🌞
Client really very happy with the new fresh look 😁 and the effects of the pollution wont show so easily now so will look fresh for a while. ☀️

Just finished entire exterior on college rd Deal for claire & dave .😏
The entire property walls have a textured finish which is non uniform throughout and at the rear of the property it was all bubbling and completely flaking off.🤔
So i scraped back all of the loose flaky textured finish to where it was no longer flaking sealed the cracks and skinmed with an exterior high Quality filler which i then gently rolled with a small Masonry roller while it was drying to blend in the repaired areas to match the existing finish..😉
All window sills at rear were completely taken back and skimmed to a smooth finish to encourage effective drain away from main building.. 🤩
Entire property was painted in Farrow & Ball blue ❄ mixed up in weathershield masonry paint and the Black around the front was repaired and repainted in Black quick dry exterior satin.
All down pipes at the end of job were repainted in black and pipes at the rear and sides were painted in the blue to blend in.. ☀️
Overall House exterior has been completely transformed and damproofed. 😎
Clients were extremely happy and i look forward to reading the feedback. 🌞

Completely rusted, flaky and degraded iron fence refurbishment in Walmer

All old flaky material stripped back then completely flattened off by hand using 60 grit sand paper.
2 part resin filler used to smooth out the fence and fill degraded rusted areas throughout.

And finally 2 coats of Metal shield black gloss

Really happy with the finish, the fence now looks brand new. 🙂

Just finished this Double Garage refurbishment in St Margaret's bay for a lovely couple Wendy Whenman & Stephen Whenman
Walls were in a terrible state! And in some places back to the block work, the old paint was all peeling off.. Windows both completely rotten and the eaves were in need of lots of attention.

Ended up doing x3 coats on all the masonry and bringing all the woodwork in with the downpioes and gutters with a lovely Matt black so that everything went together.

Really happy with the result & more importantly so are the clients.
Looking forward to more work with them in the future. 💙

7 day exterior refurbishment on Canada rd in Deal just finished today..
New colour on the masonry.
Completely rebuilt masonry under railings and door step, refurbed the railings to a high standard and treated and painted the galvanized awning above the front door.

Re skimmed masonry at the sides
Filled and caulked around woodwork and paneling. X1 undercoat and 3-4 topcoats due to the colour and paint being a water based weather shield.

All panels were cleaned from debris concrete posts taped up and surfaces and plants protected.

We applied 2 coats of cuprinol fence treatment throughout including the shed and ended up with a clean and solid finish.

For jobs like this I prepare and paint all the woodwork 1st in oil, I allow it to fully cure then use a low tack tape to get the most crisp finish possible.
Where the color is in such a contrast just 1 little wobble or bump can ruin the overall finish.
I was very happy with the end result and so were both clients who invited me back for a south african bbq / jolly up..
