Is your mortgage product renewal due within the next 4 months?

When should you speak to a Broker? - Now.

What if you've already selected a product with your current lender? - You maybe able to still move for a better product/rate with an alternative lender. In addition, your Broker may be able to obtain better rates from your existing lender.

What if you select a product now and rates reduce again before your renewal date? - If you have a Broker, they will continuingly be monitoring the mortgage market. If they see rates have reduced prior to completion on your renewal product, they can apply for the better, reduced rate.

Pleased to share that I recieved my results this morning and I passed my final DipFA exam.

This qualification will allow me to advise, recommend and arrange Pensions and Investments along with Mortgages, Protection and Equity Release for over 55's. I will look to be able to do this as soon as possible and keep you posted.
